2021年希臘山火是自2021年8月上旬以來在希臘經歷了歷史最高氣溫（47.1°C 或 116.78°F）的熱浪之後，該國多地發生的多起山火[4] [5] 。當局已經疏散了幾個村莊和城鎮的人群。據英國廣播公司新聞報導，希臘正經歷30年來最熱的夏天。[6]
最大的山火發生在阿提卡、奧林匹亞、麥西尼亞州，而最具破壞性的山火發生在北優卑亞島[7] [8] [9] [10]，有大約2000人通過船隻疏散至各地。[6]迄今希臘各地山火已燒毀耕地9.3萬公頃。[6] [11]
原因調查[編輯]
截至8月7日，已有3人在雅典、卡拉馬塔和中希臘等地區因縱火罪被捕。[12] 8月9日，希臘最高法院檢察官Vassilios I. Pliotas呼籲對一個犯罪組織展開調查，該檢察官認為過去一周的火災是背後有組織在故意縱火。[13]
