美國大使（英語：Ambassadors of the United States），是由總統提名的擔任美國駐外國、國際組織外交代表和無任所大使的人員。根據《合眾國憲法》第二條第二款（英語：Appointments Clause），任命必須得到美國參議院的批准；[1]雖然大使可以在休會期間任命，但任期只能到下屆國會會議結束時為止，除非隨後得到確認。[2]
