「祖國功勳」獎章（俄語：Медаль ордена «За заслуги перед Отечеством»）是俄羅斯聯邦的國家獎章，由1994年3月2日第442號總統令設立[1]。1999年1月6日第19號總統令[3]和2010年9月7日第1099號總統令修改了「祖國功勳」獎章授予法的部分內容[4]。
「祖國功勳」獎章分為軍事和民事兩類，其中軍事獎章帶劍。在這兩類之下，它被細分為一級和二級兩個等級[5]。
類別
[編輯]- 民事「祖國功勳」獎章：分為一級和二級。授予在工業、建築、科學、教育、衛生、文化和交通等領域取得傑出成就的俄羅斯聯邦公民[5]。
- 軍事「祖國功勳」獎章：分為一級和二級。授予為保衛祖國做出巨大貢獻的俄羅斯聯邦武裝部隊人員[5]。
外觀
[編輯]獎章直徑32毫米，為銀制，一級獎章鍍金。正面為雙頭鷹圖案，背景為鐵帖十字，刻有「功勳、榮譽和光榮」（俄語："ПОЛЬЗА, ЧЕСТЬ И СЛАВА"）的銘文。下方刻有月桂枝，建立年份1994年和獎章編號。獎章以耳座和小環固定在五角形板條上，板條由猩紅色綬帶包裹。[5]

2003年1月17日-為體育文化和體育發展提供服務。
2007年2月22日—為他對體育文化和體育發展的巨大貢獻，高體育成就。
天體物理學家德米特里*比西卡洛（Dmitry Bisikalo）也是兩次獲得II和I學位祖國榮譽勳章的人之一。
