枕鰭鯊（學名：Iniopteryx，意為「後頸的翅膀」），是一屬滅絕的全頭亞綱軟骨魚類。[1][2][3][4]發現於石炭紀賓夕法尼亞世的北美，主要分布於俄亥俄州和蒙大拿州。該屬類似銀鮫，屬內大致體長約半米，具有長相類似飛魚的特殊棘刺和魚鰭，因此該物種被推斷具有類似飛魚短暫滑翔的能力，也有觀點認為該物種實為底棲生活
