當地人喜歡吃奧塞提亞餡餅(奧塞提亞語:Фыдджын ,俄語:Фыдджин),這是一種含有肉的餡餅[1]。

奧塞提亞人一直有釀造啤酒以及喝啤酒的習俗。 [2]奧塞提亞啤酒呈深棕色以及黑色,而且幾乎沒有泡沫,酒精含量比大多數啤酒要低得多。
