國際海事組織公約列表收錄了國際海事組織制訂管理的公約及其成立公約。國際海事組織成立後，首先致力於修訂《國際海上人命安全公約》，該公約於1960年通過，1965年生效，並取代了1948年版本。之後，該組織著手於制訂和修訂《便利國際海上運輸公約》、《國際船舶載重線公約》、《國際船舶噸位丈量公約》和《國際海上避碰規則公約》等海上安全、便利運輸主題的公約。1967年，托利卡尼翁號油輪事故造成了十二萬噸原油洩漏，接下來的數年中，該組織引入了一系列措施以預防油輪事故，制訂了《國際干預公海油污事故公約》、《防止傾倒廢物及其他物質污染海洋的公約》、《防止船舶污染國際公約》和《海上旅客及其行李運輸雅典公約》等公約。該組織還建立了污染受害者的經濟賠償體系，在1969年和1971年分別通過了《設立國際油污損害賠償基金國際公約》和《國際油污損害民事責任公約》。1976年，該組織通過了《國際海事衛星組織公約》及其業務協定，國際移動衛星組織的建立極大改善了船隻的無線電和衛星通信的使用情況。該組織同時重視船舶人員培訓，於1978年通過了《海員培訓、發證和值班標準國際公約》，並於1995年通過了其修正案。進入21世紀後，該組織通過了有關防污系統的《控制船舶有害防污底系統國際公約》、有關管理壓載水和防止外來物種入侵的《國際船舶壓載水和沉積物控制與管理公約》、以及有關拆船的《香港國際安全與無害環境拆船公約》。

截至2021年3月，國際海事組織制訂了28個公約，這些公約主要涵蓋了海上安全、預防污染和責任賠償等主題。
