李察·韦斯曼（Richard J. Wiseman，1966年9月17日—），是英国赫特福德大学公共心理学教授。[1]他曾经出版了几本心理学书籍，也曾在英国皇家学会、瑞士经济论坛、谷歌和亚马逊发表专题演讲。[2][3]他是怀疑调查委员会的成员，英国人文主义协会的赞助人，同时也是YouTube频道Quirkology和 In59Seconds的创建者。[4]
