《世俗纪事》（英语：Notes on a Conditional Form）是英国1975乐团的第四张录音室专辑，也是乐团“Music for Cars（汽车音乐）”时代的第二部作品，于2020年5月22日由Dirty Hit和宝丽多唱片发行。专辑在早期阶段设定是《突袭美梦》（2016年）的后续作品，并被命名为“Music for Cars”，这后来衍生成为乐团这段时间由两张专辑合并而成的企划名称。企划首个作品《网络交友的快问快答》于2018年11月发行，本作录制时程紧接该作，并有部分与之重叠，在此期间乐团辗转伦敦、洛杉矶、悉尼、北安普敦郡共16间录音室，以及巡演巴士内的移动录音室接力完成此专辑。此张专辑的发行日期面临多次迟延，直至2019冠状病毒病疫情在全球爆发前几周才正式定下。

专辑客串嘉宾包括音乐人菲比·布里杰斯、FKA Twigs、Cutty Ranks、环保人士格蕾塔·通贝里以及马修·希利的父亲兼演员的提姆·希利。

1975乐团在专辑发行前抢先释出了《The 1975》和单曲《People》、《Frail State of Mind》、《Me & You Together Song》、《The Birthday Party》、《Jesus Christ 2005 God Bless America》、《If You're Too Shy (Let Me Know)》和《Guys》。原定的Music for Cars巡回演唱会北美站在专辑发行前几个月遭到取消，并由名为《Artists Respond to NOACF》的线上艺术展取代之，当中包括诸多艺术家创作的音乐影片。专辑空降英国专辑排行榜冠军，位居澳大利亚和苏格兰第一，并在爱尔兰、纽西兰和美国进占前五，在加拿大和日本进占前20名。媒体对专辑看法呈两极；有评论将其誉为乐团的旷世巨作，而另一派则认为它令人困惑、混乱且方向不明确。
