ERV-Fc

ERV-Fc是一類內源性反轉錄病毒家族[1]，廣泛存在於真獸類的基因組中[2]，由3000萬年至1500萬年間不斷感染真獸類的γ-逆轉錄病毒整合而來，此病毒與現在的小鼠白血病病毒和貓白血病病毒（FeLV）關係最接近[3]。靈長類特別是人類基因組中有兩段ERV-Fc[4]，分別是位於X染色體的HERV-Fc1和位於7號染色體的HERV-Fc2，代表了兩次γ-逆轉錄病毒整合事件[5]。
