羅蘭·「羅伊」·韋倫斯基爵士，KCMG（Sir Roland "Roy" Welensky；1907年1月20日—1991年12月5日），出生名拉斐爾·韋倫斯基（Raphael Welensky），北羅德西亞政治家，羅德西亞與尼亞薩蘭聯邦第二任總理兼末代總理。韋倫斯基出生於南羅得西亞索爾茲伯里（今津巴布韋哈拉雷），父母為阿什肯納茲猶太人和阿非利卡人。後前往北羅得西亞，與工會有密切聯繫。1938年進入殖民地立法局，在這裏參與南北羅得西亞統一的鬥爭。[1]
