州際公路橋（英語：Interstate Bridge，又稱為哥倫比亞河州際公路橋， Columbia River Interstate Bridge，I-5橋, I-5 Bridge，波特蘭-溫哥華州際公路橋，Portland-Vancouver Interstate Bridge，溫哥華-波特蘭大橋，Portland-Vancouver Bridge）是美國的一對幾乎垂直升降桁架橋[3][1]，是5號州際公路跨過哥倫比亞河的通道，連接了華盛頓州溫哥華和俄勒岡州波特蘭。舊橋修建於1917年[2]，新橋修建於1958年[5]，目前都為單向通行。
