DsRed

DsRed是一種在Discosoma 屬珊瑚中發現的紅色熒光蛋白^[1]，與維多利亞多管發光水母中發現的綠色熒光蛋白（GFP）是同源物，能發出紅色熒光（激發峰558nm，發射峰583nm）^[2]，改造後的變體有mCherry、mPlum、dTomato、tdTomato等^[3]。
