本列表為駐索馬里蘭外交機構列表。索馬里蘭是一個事實上獨立的共和國， 但沒有得到任何一個聯合國成員國和國際組織的承認[1]。絕大多數國家承認索馬里蘭是索馬里共和國的一部分。索馬里蘭的首都哈爾格薩沒有任何聯合國成員國的大使館，目前有1個代表處、3個領事館和多個聯絡處（Liaison office）。
