細趾蟾科（學名：Leptodactylidae）是兩棲綱無尾目的一科，包含了範圍廣泛的物種，它們自新生代或中生代晚期從其他雨蛙超科的物種中分化而來。[1]分佈範圍包括墨西哥、加勒比地區、中美洲、南美洲等地。這一科通常被認為是並系群，並沒有共有衍征。[2]其中包括了陸棲、水棲、樹棲、穴居等多種成員，棲息地類型眾多。[3]
