緯湃科技（Vitesco Technologies）是一家德國汽車零部件製造商。總部在德國雷根斯堡。緯湃科技是2019年初由大陸集團的動力總成部門分拆獨立而成。[1]生產汽車的電動與內燃機的傳動總成與動力總成零部件。
歷史[編輯]
2019年1月1日，大陸集團動力總成事業群（Continental Powertrain Division）股權分拆獨立組建為緯湃汽車。[2][3][4]緯湃科技與 「大陸汽車技術」、「大陸橡膠技術」三者組成大陸集團。[5]2019年10月1日正式使用「Vitesco Technologies」新名字。[6][7]名字源自拉丁文「vita」（意為life）。[3][8]
2021年9月16日在法蘭克福證券交易所的高級市場板塊上市交易，交易代碼為VTSC。[9]ISIN：DE000VTSC017。
組織架構[編輯]
Andreas Wolf從2018年起擔任大陸集團動力總成事業群負責人，公司分立後任緯湃科技CEO。[10]

緯湃科技的中國區總部設在上海市楊浦區。在中國的長春市、天津市、蕪湖市設有獨資工廠。在中國設6處研發基地[12]。在天津市設有亞太區研發中心。
