梅魯姆河（英語：Merume river）是圭亞那的一條河流，是卡馬朗河的支流。
梅魯姆也是附近一座山的名稱，[1]該山位於羅賴馬山以東30英里處。[2]Director Creek是梅魯姆河的一條支流。First Falls是該河流的一個特色，但也限制了乘船旅行。[3]
Merumite是一種於1937年在該河被發現並以該河命名的礦物，它在河砂中以黑色顆粒形式出現在鑽石和黃金中。[3]1958年，Merumite被確定為綠鉻礦和鉻的複雜集合體。X射線繞射數據表明它含有綠鉻礦、guyanite、bracewellite、grimaldiite和mcconnellite。[4]
Kamakusa是沿河的一個定居點，以前是政府中心。[3]
