康斯坦丁·鄧巴（德語：Konstantin Dumba，1856年6月17日—1947年1月6日），是奧匈帝國時期的外交官、政治家和作家。鄧巴作為帝國當時唯一一位資產階級出身的外交官[1]，曾於1913年3月4日至1915年11月4日期間擔任帝國駐美國特命全權大使[2]，後因在一戰期間被美國政府指控從事間諜活動而遭到驅逐[3][4]。
