帕德爾（Pader）是烏干達北部區下屬帕德爾區的一個城鎮，是帕德爾區的首府，同時也是該區的行政、經濟中心。距北部區最大的城市古盧約133公里[2]。位於東非大裂谷上。帕德爾建於2000年，與帕德爾區成立同時。2002年統計顯示該城鎮人口約為8700人，至2014年，人口已增至14080人。[1]
