巰基膦是一種無機化合物，化學式為H2PSH，它可由硫化氫（或硫[1]）和磷化氫經無極放電製得，副產物為二硫化氫和聯膦。[2]它在室溫不穩定，在低溫凝聚可使之穩定。[1]根據計算（STO-2G*），分子中P-S鍵的鍵長為2.035 Å。[3]
