高管教育（英語縮寫：ExEd或Exec. Ed) 是指商學院面向高管、商業領袖和職業經理人推出的學術課程。這些課程通常是短期的非學分和非學位課程，但有時這些課程上完後學生會獲得畢業證書。彭博商業周刊估計，約80%的美國高管教育課程[1]由大學內的商學院提供。

高管教育的起源可以追溯到弗雷德里克·溫斯洛·泰勒和他1911年發表的論文科學管理原理[2][3]。
