2022年海蘭帕克遊行槍擊是指發生於2022年7月4日的一起槍擊案。當天美國伊利諾伊州海蘭帕克正舉行美國獨立日遊行，結果遊行開始後大約15分鐘（北美中部時區10點14分），突然出現群體槍擊案。槍手在一個大樓的頂部用步槍朝遊行人群無差別射擊[6]。槍擊造成7人喪生（5人當場身亡[7]，2人送醫搶救後不治身亡[8][9][3]），48人受傷。[4]100多名警察隨即衝向兇手所在的大樓。21歲的嫌犯[10]羅伯特·尤金·克里莫三世 (Robert Eugene Crimo III) [11][9]停止射擊並立即逃離現場。 [12]大約於當天下午6點30分，兇手被逮捕。 [13]

案發的海蘭帕克位於伊利諾伊州芝加哥以北25英里（40公里）處，是富人云集的近郊高尚住宅區[14]。當天的美國獨立日慶祝遊行在當地時間上午10點舉行，遊行隊伍從勞雷爾大道（Laurel Avenues）與聖約翰大道（St. Johns Avenues）十字路口出發，之後朝聖約翰大道向北行進，在中央大道（Central Avenue）向西轉，最終來到日落公園（Sunset Park）[15]。

案發後抵達現場的警察

案發當天，槍手來到中央大道及第二大街西北角羅斯化妝品（Ross Cosmetics）店[16]，利用大樓旁邊的移動梯子登上屋頂的制高點[9]，於上午10點14分持步槍從樓頂開火[17]。槍響時，遊行隊伍還沒有來到十字路口處。

在現場中槍的人士不僅有遊行隊伍中的人士，也有在場圍觀的群眾[9]。一開始有目擊者表示至少5人中槍流血倒地[18]，現場至少有20多次槍響[19]。在急救人員抵達前，至少一名圍觀群眾向傷者提供醫療救助[8]。

《芝加哥太陽報》記者林恩·斯威特（英語：Lynn Sweet）當時就在現場觀看遊行活動[20]。根據她在現場拍攝的視頻，槍響傳出時，在一輛平板貨車上表演的克萊茲默樂隊依然在表演，與此同時許多觀眾開始四散逃離[21]。社交媒體上有許多目擊者拍攝的照片或視頻[22]。

多個部門派出100多名執法人員趕往槍擊案現場[12]。執法人員接近槍手所在大樓的時候，槍手停火，開始逃避抓捕[12]，直至大約九個小時後落網[23][24][25]。被捕時，槍手駕駛受損的2010款本田飛度與警方展開追逐，最終在萊克福雷斯特的41號公路（英語：U.S. Route 41 in Illinois）與韋斯特利路（Westleigh Road）的交匯處被北芝加哥與萊克縣治安官警隊攔下[26][27]。警方在案發現場找到槍手遺落的步槍[28]，是史密斯威森軍警型M&P15半自動步槍，附有三個可裝30發子彈的彈匣[2]。

警方表示槍手身穿「女性裝束」，遮擋面部紋身，案發後混入四散逃離的民眾離開現場[29]。海蘭帕克市長南茜·羅特林（英語：Nancy Rotering）認為槍手作案用的槍支是從合法渠道購得[30]。槍手原本計劃在作案後到威斯康星州麥迪遜攻擊當地的獨立日慶典，而且還準備了一把Kel-Tec SUB-2000卡賓槍，後來因為沒有提前勘察環境而作罷[31][32]。

兇手[編輯]

21歲的羅伯特·尤金·克里莫三世（Robert Eugene Crimo III，2000年9月20日-）是海蘭帕克當地人，也是一名說唱歌手和音樂家，曾以「Awake the Rapper」的藝名參與表演[33][34][35][36]。克里莫在自己的YouTube頻道上傳了一些MV，最近期的MV出現了群體槍擊案及被警察槍殺的人士，其中一部MV的旁白說「我需要挺身而出，這是我的天職」（I need to just do it. It is my destiny）。事發後頻道被封禁[37]。克里莫也經常造訪一個分享死亡場景的網絡論壇，幾個禮拜前上傳了一段斬首視頻。此外，他還有自己的Discord服務器，這個服務器在案發後被4chan的人湧入，最終被封禁[38]。

警方與克里莫有過兩次交涉，一次是在2019年4月，當時克里莫的家人打來報警電話，說克里莫想自殺[39]；另一次在2019年9月，當時他的家人報警說他想殺了他們，那一次警方收繳了16把刀、1把匕首和1把劍，但未指控罪名[40]。三個月前的逾越節晚餐，克里莫闖入海蘭帕克一座哈巴德中心（英語：Chabad house），被要求離開；這個地方離案發現場有兩個街區[41]。

克里莫在7月5號被指控7項一級謀殺罪。[5]7月6日出席被捕後的首次聽證會並承認所受指控。法官裁定他不得保釋。[42]

2022年7月27日，克里莫被控117項重罪，包括21項一級謀殺罪、3項致死罪、48項謀殺未遂罪、48項以子彈或彈片擊中受害者的加重毆擊罪[43]。同年9月29日，案件的受害者家屬向兇器製造商、兩家槍店、槍手父親及槍手本身提起訴訟[44]。

影響[編輯]

包括埃文斯頓、羅林梅多斯、斯科基、莫頓格羅夫、迪爾菲爾德、格倫維尤、格倫科、展望山、阿靈頓高地和諾斯布魯克在內的多個芝加哥郊區在槍擊事件發生後取消了原定於7月4日舉行的慶祝活動。 [45][46]

格尼的六旗大美國（英語：Six Flags Great America）不取消慶祝活動，不過當地取消了煙花表演。[47]同樣，芝加哥白襪隊宣布他們與明尼蘇達雙城的棒球比賽不會暫停，但煙花表演將會被取消。 [48]

伊利諾伊州州長J·B·普利茲克（英語：J. B. Pritzker）和芝加哥市長蘿莉·萊特富特發聲明譴責事件，強調會為當地社群及警方提供一切協助[49]。美國總統喬·拜登在慶祝獨立日的講話中稱事件是「毫無意義的槍支暴力行為」，表示已派聯邦執法部門協助搜捕槍手，同時要求採取更多控槍措施[50]。在場觀看遊行的參議員朱莉·莫里森（英語：Julie Morrison）及眾議員布拉德·施內德向死難者家屬表達了哀悼之情[51][52]。槍手克里莫的父母透過律師發表聲明，向死難者家屬表示慰問[37]。
