胸腺噴丁（英語：Thymopentin，別名胸腺五肽）是一種胸腺肽^[1]，具有免疫刺激（英語：immunostimulant）作用（作用於T細胞^[2]），因此曾在1983-1985年間用於一些對於艾滋病的臨床研究中。在針對少數病人進行的短期對應治療中，胸腺噴丁有助於提升免疫狀態。^[3]^[4]^[5]
