美國政府機構手冊^[1]（United States Government Manual，簡稱USGM^[2]），也譯作美國政府手冊^[3]，是美國聯邦政府的官方手冊^[4]，每年由聯邦紀事辦公室（Office of the Federal Register）出版，由美國政府出版局印刷和發行。^[5]該手冊的第一版於1935年發行，提供有關立法機關、司法機關和行政機關的綜合性信息^[6]，此外，還包括准官方機構（quasi-official agencies）、美國參與的國際組織以及董事會、委員會和理事會的信息。^[7]
