歐文·萊斯特·賈尼斯

歐文·萊斯特·賈尼斯（英語：Irving Lester Janis，1918年5月26日—1990年11月15日）是耶魯大學的研究心理學家，也是加州大學伯克利分校的名譽教授，以其「群體思維」理論最為著名。 2002年發表的《一般心理學評論》（Review of General Psychology）調查將詹尼斯（Janis）列為20世紀被引用次數最多的79位心理學家之ㄧ。^[1]
