歐仁·魯埃
歐仁·魯埃（法語：Eugène Rouher，1814年11月30日—1884年2月3日），是法蘭西第二帝國時期波拿巴派政治家。他於1863年至1869年擔任國務委員會主席，憑藉巨大的權勢而被當時人稱為「副皇帝」[1]，後因反對帝國自由化而辭職。
