布拉（Bula）是印度尼西亞馬魯古省的一個城鎮，位於斯蘭島的東北海岸[1]，是東斯蘭縣的實際行政中心。2010年人口普查，布拉區（印尼語：Kecamatan Bula）共有人口24,037。城鎮附近是Bula Fields，建於1919年，現有石油儲備[2][3]。布拉的部分居民使用馬西望語[4]。城鎮東南有一座小機場。
