中央街240號（240 Centre Street）原為「紐約市警察總部」大樓（New York City Police Headquarters），位於美國紐約市曼哈頓，介於布隆街（Broome Street）與格蘭街（Grand Street）之間，建於1905-1909年，由Hoppin＆Koen公司設計。1909年到1973年紐約市警察局的總部設此。1988年改建為豪華公寓。現在稱為警察大廈公寓。^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]

西奧多·羅斯福曾在此擔任紐約市警察局長^[6] 。

警察大樓於1978年被列為紐約市地標，^[2] 並於1980年被列入國家史跡名錄。
