Lake Township is one of the seventeen townships of Stark County, 俄亥俄州, 美国. It is an urban township; the 2000 census found 25,892 people in the township, 23,718 of whom lived in the unincorporated portions of the township.[3]

[编辑]Located in the northern part of the county, it borders the following townships and cities:
- Suffield Township, Portage County - 北
- Randolph Township, Portage County - 北east
- Marlboro Township - 东
- Nimishillen Township - 东南 corner
- Plain Township - 南
- Lawrence Township - 南west corner
- Green - 西
- Springfield Township, Summit County - 北west
Several populated places are located in Lake Township:
- The village of Hartville, in the northeast
- The census-designated place of Greentown, in the southwest
- The census-designated place of Uniontown, in the northwest
- The unincorporated comminuty of Mount Pleasant, in the southwest
- Two other unincorporated communities straddle Lake Township's borders: Aultman, which overlaps into Green within the southwest portion of the township, and Cairo, which lies upon the township's southern border with Plain Township.

政府

[编辑]Most students attend the Lake Local School District; their high school is Lake High School. Some students attend the North Canton City School District, and their high school is Hoover High School. A small number of students attend the Plain Local School District of Plain Township; their high school is GlenOak High School.
