2022–23年中北美洲及加勒比海国家联赛B是2022–23年中北美洲及加勒比海国家联赛中第二级别赛事，是这项由 41 个中北美洲及加勒比海足球协会成员国男子国家队角逐的国际足球赛事第二个球季。[1] 在2022年6月2日至2023年3月28日期间举行。[2]

国家联赛B前四位球队会晋身2023年美洲金杯赛事，而接下来最好的四支球队会进入2023年美洲金杯外围赛。

赛制[编辑]

联赛B一共有十六支球队，他们被分成四个小组，每组有四队，球队会以主客双循环形式进行比赛，于2022年6月及2023年3月的国际足协赛期中进行。四支小组首名球队会升班到联赛A，并且可以晋身国家联赛决赛周。小组次名球队会进入2023年美洲金杯外围赛。由于赛制改变，没有球队需要降班。[3]

联赛阶段抽签仪式在2022年4月4日北美东部时区 19:00，于美国迈亚密举行。球队会按国际足协世界排名来进行种子排名。[4][5]
