马尔他女王（英语：Queen of Malta，马尔他语：Reġina ta' Malta），是1964年9月21日到1974年12月13日马耳他国家元首头衔。之后该头衔被废除，国家元首一职改由马耳他总统行使。
历史[编辑]
1964年马尔他从英国独立后，奉英国女王伊莉莎白二世为马尔他君主。因君主常驻英国，故而委任马尔他总督作为君主代表，在该国执行君主的权力。
1974年12月13日，《马尔他宪法》修改成国体为共和国并废除马尔他君主及马尔他总督，以马尔他总统作为该国的国家元首。
1992年5月28日至30日、2005年11月23日至26日[1]和2007年11月20日，伊丽莎白二世访问了马尔他。她于2015年11月26日至28日以英联邦元首身分在马尔他出席了2015年大英国协会议。[2]
