拉祜民主联盟（缅甸语：လားဟူဒီမိုကရက်တစ်အစည်းအရုံး；缩写为LDU）是缅甸的一个拉祜族武装反政府政治组织。它与缅甸政府在2018年2月13日签署全国停火协议[2][3][4] 拉祜民主联盟是联合民族联邦委员会（UNFC）和其军事组织合众联邦军（FUA）的成员。[5]
