拉尔夫·英格索·洛克伍德（Ralph Ingersoll Lockwood；1798年格林尼治—1855年纽约市）[1]是美国政治作家、律师和小说家[2]。洛克伍德是1838年136位曾共同联署向国会提交版权和知识产权事宜的其中一人[3]。他还以“史密斯先生”（Mr. Smith）作为笔名来撰写故事[4]。
