统一与联合（加泰罗尼亚语：Convergència i Unió, CiU; IPA：[kumbərˈʒɛnsiə j uniˈo]）是一个西班牙加泰罗尼亚的加泰罗尼亚民族主义选举联盟。这是一个由两个政党组成的联盟，一个是规模较大的加泰罗尼亚民主统一和一个较小的政党加泰罗尼亚民主联盟。该党已于2015年6月17日解散。
