1. First and more important: all the babel categories need a uniform image (Not in english).
2 in the babel template is better the use of the "languaje ISO CODE" and a number. example: (Zh-2) in substitution of the "languaje ISO CODE" an a Chinese simbol (ZH-中) in some templates. I all cases the text box is in the same languaje of the babel template (template ZH in chinese, template es in espanish, etc)
3. The category name may be on chinese example: Category:Zh 中級使用者 (existent category) or Category:Zh-2 使用者. The second option implies to create all the categories again.
examples by the catogories in other languajes (all use a category name in local languaje and a the ISO CODE + a Number in the template):

Note: in my opinion the languaje Categories are fine ex. Category:Zh 使用者 and the sub-categories probably need some changes (to discuss) ex. Category:Zh 中級使用者 or Category:Zh-2 使用者
