麥志坤（Chi-Kwan Mark）是一名旅英香港歷史學家，專攻為亞洲冷戰史、冷戰期間中英關係和香港殖民史等[1]。

早年從香港大學取得文學士，2001年再從牛津大學聖安東尼學院取得博士學位，現擔任倫敦大學皇家霍洛威學院歷史系講師。
