埃德加·亨利·席恩(英語:Edgar Henry Schein,1928年3月5日—2023年1月26日)是麻省理工學院史隆管理學院的前教授,在組織發展理論有發展許多領域,包括生涯規劃、小組流程諮詢、组织文化[1]。他是前芝加哥大学教授馬塞爾·席恩的兒子。

組織文化模式[编辑]

席恩的組織文化模型起源於1985年《組織文化和領導力》一書,提到組織文化中有三個不同層次:器物與創造物、價值觀念和基本假定,這三個層次是指觀察者對不同文化現象的可見程度。
