伊尔贡（希伯來語：ארגון，羅馬化：Irgun，直译：組織；全稱希伯來語：הארגון הצבאי הלאומי בארץ ישראל，羅馬化：Hā-ʾIrgun Ha-Tzvaʾī Ha-Leūmī b-Ērētz Yiśrāʾel，直译：以色列國土军事组织）是一个1931年至1948年間活跃于巴勒斯坦地区的犹太复国主义准军事组织。其存在期間被廣泛視為恐怖組織[1][2][3][4]，曾策劃大衛王酒店爆炸案等恐怖襲擊及代爾亞辛村大屠殺等種族屠殺。組織於1948年以色列建國後為政府所取締，因而改組為右翼主流政黨赫魯特黨，再演變為現在的全國最大右翼政黨利庫德集團。现今以色列大多以組織希伯来语名称缩写稱其為埃策爾（希伯來語：אצ"ל，羅馬化：Etzel）。
